A Wrinkle in Time: Read the Book, See the Movie

By on March 9, 2018

My child read ‘A Wrinkle in Time’ a couple of years ago and promptly declared it one of the best books she had read. I added it to my reading list with the intention to read it some time in the future. When the announcement of the movie was made, I bumped it up to the top of my reading list and it became my ‘Read the Book, See the Movie’ for 2018. I really enjoyed the story – it is one of those simple yet complex tales that grips at your soul and makes you ask introspective questions. The movie comes out in the United States today and fingers crossed that it is as good as the movie although like many others before, while the movie versions of books I have read are always fun to watch, I often prefer the story read, than watched.
